Bill and Connie rented a house in Rock Port. It was an amazing house. Had our own docks, boat loading things, basketball court, and a ton of room to run and play! Katie went 100 miles a minute the entire time. She would just run and run in the big open fields. Korbin played with his cousins; they fished, played bb, rode bikes and most of all killed many many jellyfish.
Kallie....well, her and Bill hung out the entire time together. Kris and I got to spend a lot of time together, just hanging out, he was able to fish with Bill on the boat in the mornings. Really, it was such a great time. Now, the ride there and back....that was HELL. It is a 5 hour drive. One hour into the trip one of the batteries fried cutting off the AC. We had to pull into an Autozone and change the battery AND alternator right there. Made it to Rockport in about 7 hours. The ride back we had NO AC at all. Some hose broke or something. Didn't care. It was HOT.
Here we go!! 5 hours, no problem!!
1.5 hours in, stranded at Autozone. FUN!!
