Waco Mammoth Site

We are always looking for things to do here at home. There is a  Mammoth site here in Waco that we  heard was pretty cool. The park was beautiful, felt like we were in another part of the world. Very green, lots of little unique trees and shrubs. We had to hike a while down to the dig site...and once we got there, found out we missed the ticket stand and had to go all the way back. Once we paid, got our stickers to enter we were all good. Katie rode in her stroller and was happy as can be. The dig site was very interesting...but small. We were down there for a total of like 15 minutes. Back up to the top where they had some activities for the kiddos.
Korbin painted a pumpkin and Katie ran Daddy around. She went exploring.
